摘要
本文针对混料控制系统高可靠性和高精度等要求,设计了一套以三菱PLC为核心,组合触摸屏、变频器等智能电气设备的控制方案。文章通过工作原理分析,控制要求的设定,设备的选型等内容,给出方案的详细实现过程。
To meet the requirements of high reliability and high precision of mixing control system,this paper designs a control scheme of intelligent electrical equipment,such as touch screen and frequency converter,with Mitsubishi PLC as the core.Through the analysis of working principle,the setting of control requirements and the selection of equipment,the detailed implementation process of the scheme is given.
