摘要
为满足数控机床故障诊断的精度需求,提高故障诊断效率,本文主要对PLC控制技术在数控机床维修中的应用进行了研究和分析,在实际的维修工作中,PLC所具备的在线诊断功能及状态监测(针对输入输出)功能,为数控机床故障原因的快速确定提供了有利支撑,提出了一种数控机床故障诊断方法,该方法基于PLC和自诊断技术,在介绍数控机床自诊断技术及内置式PLC特点的基础上,结合实际故障诊断与维修实例,阐述了诊断数控机床故障方法的步骤和原则,快速诊断急停报警及自动换刀方面的故障,使故障维修问题得到有效解决。通过运用这些故障诊断方法,提高了维修工作的质量和效率。
In order to meet the precision requirements of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis and improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the application of PLC control technology in the maintenance of CNC machine tools.In the actual maintenance work,the online diagnostic function of PLC And the status monitoring(for input and output)function provides favorable support for the rapid determination of the cause of CNC machine faults.A method for fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools is proposed.This method is based on PLC and self-diagnosis technology,and introduces the self-diagnosis technology of CNC machine tools.Based on the characteristics of built-in PLC,combined with the actual fault diagnosis and maintenance examples,the steps and principles of diagnosing the faults of CNC machine tools are expounded,and the faults of emergency stop alarm and automatic tool change are quickly diagnosed,so that the fault repair problem can be effectively solved.By using these fault diagnosis methods,the quality and efficiency of maintenance work are improved.
