摘要
在水利工程大体积薄壁结构混凝土中普遍含有钢筋,为了提高施工中钢筋混凝土的振捣效率、保证混凝土的强度和密实性,基于机器视觉识别,设计并开发了一套的混凝土自动振捣系统。经实验室内模型验证,本系统具有精准、高效的优点,对现场施工具有一定的借鉴意义。
Steel bars are widespread contained in large-volume thin-wall structural concrete of water conservancy projects.In order to improve the efficiency of reinforced concrete vibration and make sure the strength and compactness of concrete,a set of automatic concrete vibration system based on machine vision recognition is devised and developed.Through the model verification in the laboratory,this system has the advantages of precision and efficiency,which can prove reference for field construction.
