摘要
在6G中,太赫兹通信由于能提供极高的数据速率与巨大带宽,具有极大应用潜力。首先调研了6G的发展规划与诉求,然后介绍了应对新诉求下THz通信的优势与应用场景,包括THz纳米级应用、THz无线接入服务、THz超大容量回程、 THz安全通信以及THz空间通信。最后指出THz通信发展趋势与技术挑战,包括THz通信器件、无线覆盖增强技术、超大规模MIMO技术、THz定向组网技术、绿色THz通信技术。
In the sixth-generation mobile communication network(6G),terahertz(THz)communication has great application potential due to extremely high data rate and huge bandwidth.The development plan and demands of 6G are summarized fi rst,and based on new 6G requirements,the advantages and application scenarios of THz communication are introduced subsequently,including THz nano-scale applications,THz wireless access services,THz ultra-large capacity backhaul,THz secure communication and THz space communication.Finally,the development trend and technical challenges of THz communication are analyzed,including THz communication devices,wireless coverage enhancement technology,ultra-massive MIMO technology,THz directional networking technology,and green THz communication technology.
