摘要
针对石墨电极在电炉炼钢过程中末端所出现的开裂现象,总结了不同时期炭素行业针对末端开裂问题所进行的调整、改进,结合笔者历年来在电炉炼钢现场对石墨电极使用情况的跟踪状况,探讨了可能产生该问题的真实原因以及解决思路。
In view of the cracking at the end of graphite electrode in the using process,this paper summarizes the adjustment and improvement measures made by the carbon industries in different periods.Combined the practice of electrode in steelmaking company in recent years,the causes of the problem and the way to solve it are discussed.
