摘要
提高老年新冠肺炎患者抗病毒药物临床应用的安全性及有效性。通过查阅相关文献资料,从抗病毒药物品种的选择、用法用量、不良反应和药物相互作用等内容进行分析总结,并针对老年患者这类特殊人群,临床药师提供了合理化用药建议:老年患者应用抗新型冠状病毒的治疗药物过程中应加强药学监护,强调个性化治疗。
It is important to improve the safety and efficacy of antiviral drugs in clinical application in elderly COVID-19 patients.By consulting relevant literature,the selection,usage,adverse reactions and drug interactions of antiviral drugs were analyzed and summarized,and the rational drug use suggestion was provided by clinical pharmacists for the elderly patients.In the course of the application of anti-newcoronavirus elderly patients,we should strengthen pharmaceutical care and emphasize individualized treatment.
