新自由主义背景下欧美国家教师教育改革研究被引量：4

摘要当前全球教育改革运动受新自由主义教育政策的支配并呈现"第三条道路"与"第四条道路"共存的态势。在此背景下,全球教师教育改革面临教师教育课程与课堂教学实践脱节、不同种族与学区间教育差距扩大、薄弱学校新任教师离职率高、职前教师队伍构成过于同质化、教师教育服务于社会公平和多元文化等挑战。教师教育改革应规避改革中"表演性文化"和"数字化控制",坚持教师教育改革的公共性与均衡性,保持教师教育的民主化、个性化和创新性。
