摘要 为了提高锅炉的深度调峰能力,采用数值方法对300MW的锅炉进行分析,综合考虑风速、进氧量投送方式以及配风方式等因素的影响,进行变工况稳燃特性分析,随后试验验证了低负荷下锅炉的稳燃特性,并预测了锅炉在25%低负荷下的稳燃能力。结果表明,在保证锅炉不堵煤的情况下适当降低一次风速,采用中、高层投运并减少运行氧量,能够有效提高锅炉的燃烧稳定性。 In order to improve the deep peek regulating ability of the boiler,a 300 MW boiler was analyzed by numerical method,and the effects of wind speed,oxygen intake,delivery mode and air distribution mode were considered to analyze the stable combustion characteristics under the variable working condition. Subsequent test verified the stable combustion characteristics of the boiler under low load and predicted the stable combustion capacity of the boiler at 25% low load. The results show that under the condition of ensuring that the boiler is not blocked by coal,the primary wind speed is appropriately reduced,and the middle and high-rise operation is adopted to reduce the operating oxygen,which can effectively improve the combustion stability of the boiler.
