This paper introduces the practice of exploration and research on the technical improvement of the crushing,soil-removing and impurity-removing system in sugar cane mills.The operation result shows that after the technical improvement,the failure rate of the desilter can be reduced,the safe rate of operation can be increased in the grinding season,the falling of sugarcane can be steady and continuous,the average extraction rate of pressing can be steadily increased,the loss of sugar can be reduced,the recovery can be increased,and the energy consumption can be reduced.The improvement ensures the safety,continuity,and balance during the production,improves production safety rate,achieves the expected results and significantly increases the economic benefits of enterprises.
