甘蔗糖分调控因素与增糖应用研究现状 被引量:8

摘要 甘蔗是世界上最重要的糖料作物,糖分是甘蔗最重要的品质指标,糖分的合成积累及其调控相关的研究是甘蔗糖业领域中一个重要的方向。目前,关于甘蔗植株中糖分的形成、转化、存储及运输相关生理与分子机制开展了大量研究,取得了一定的进展,但并不十分清晰。对于如何提高甘蔗糖分,生产上和科研学者都做了大量探索和实践,也取得了一些成效和进展,但仍需要更多的工作来继续深入研究。本文对甘蔗茎中蔗糖合成和积累、调控甘蔗糖分积累的内在因素与环境因素、以及甘蔗糖分的化学调控措施进行综述,对提高甘蔗糖分的措施及增糖剂的应用研究展开讨论,并对甘蔗化学调控技术的应用及其调控机理等研究方向进行展望。 Sugarcane is the most important sugar crop in the world.And the sugar is the most important quality index of sugarcane.The research on the synthesis,accumulation and regulation of sugar is an important direction in the field of sugarcane industry.At present,a lot of researches had been carried out on the physiological and molecular mechanisms related to the formation,transformation,storage and transportation of sugar in sugarcane plants,and some progress had been made,but it was not fully clear.For how to improve the sugar content of sugarcane,the production and research scholars had done a lot of exploration and practice,also made some achievements and progresses,but still need more work to continue in-depth study.In this paper,the synthesis and accumulation of sucrose in sugarcane stems,the internal factors and the environmental factors regulating the sugar accumulation in sugarcane stems,and the chemical regulation measures for sugar-increasing in sugarcane were reviewed,and the measures for improving sugar in sugarcane and the application of sugar-increasing agent were discussed.At the same time,the application of sugarcane chemical regulation technology and its regulation mechanism was prospected.
