摘要
介绍了VCM合成原料气乙炔和氯化氢的脱水工艺流程及技术特点,分析了浓硫酸脱水和深冷脱水两种工艺的运行及消耗情况,探讨了提高脱水效果的改造方向。
The processes and characteristics of dehydration technologies of acetylene and hydrogen chloride which were feed gas for VCM synthesis were introduced.The operation and consumption in concentrated sulfuric acid dehydration and in cryogenic dehydration were analyzed.The transformation directions of improving dehydration effect were discussed.
