摘要
研究对比了温度对YG铜基催化剂和汞催化剂性能的影响,通过万吨级PVC工业应用装置考察了YG铜基/汞催化剂床层温度的分布特点,发现了YG铜基催化剂比汞催化剂有更好的耐温性和更宽的夹套提温空间,进而提出了使用YG铜基催化剂更有利于生产的温度调控措施。
The effect of temperature on the performance of Cu-based catalyst YG and mercury-based catalyst was studied.The characteristics of bed temperature distribution of YG copper and those of mercury catalyst were investigated in a ten thousand-ton PVC industrial unit.It was found that Cu-based catalyst YG had better temperature resistance and bigger space for lifting jacket temperature than mercury based catalyst,and then the temperature control measures that were more favorable for production when YG copper based catalyst was used were put forward.
