摘要
选取了不同批次的SG5型PVC树脂在实验室条件下模拟制品加工工艺进行了炼塑、流变性能及造粒试验,研究了配方调整对PVC树脂制品性能的影响,对PVC下游制品生产企业选择适合的PVC树脂原料提供指导,以保证PVC加工制品质量的稳定。
Experiments of plastication,rheological property and granulation of SG5 PVC resins were carried out under laboratory conditions to study the effects of formula adjustment on the PVC resin products,which could provide guidance to PVC downstream production enterprises to select suitable PVC resins as raw materials,in order to ensure the quality stability of PVC processing products.
