摘要
目的:比较两种黏弹剂(1%透明质酸钠和2%羟丙基甲基纤维素)在有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性研究。郑州大学第一附属医院2018年1月至2019年10月高度近视ICL植入手术48例(96眼),随机等分为两组:A组,术中应用1%透明质酸钠;B组,术中应用2%羟丙基甲基纤维素组。术后随访6个月,进行两组比较。结果:术后两组眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度及视力的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组冲洗黏弹剂所需的时间为(38.21±12.13)秒,短于B组的(53.03±28.15)秒(t=2.570,P=0.017)。结论:1%透明质酸钠和2%羟丙基甲基纤维素均可安全应用于ICL手术,透明质酸钠术中冲洗所需时间较短。
Objective To compare the application efficacy between two ophthalmic viscoelastics(1%sodium hyaluronate and 2%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)in the implantation of posterior chamber implantable collamer lens(ICL)of phakic eyes.Methods This was a prospective study.A total of 96 eyes of 48 cases with high myopia who underwent ICL surgery from Jan.2018 to Oct.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into two groups.Group A,48 eyes of 24 cases,applied with 1%sodium hyaluronate during the surgery and group B,48 eyes of 24 cases,applied with 2%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose during the surgery.The follow-up time was 6 months.The efficacy between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell density or visual acuity after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective time of washing the viscoelastic agent in group A was(38.21±12.13)seconds,which was shorter than(53.03±28.15)seconds of group B(t=2.570,P=0.017).Conclusion Both 1%sodium hyaluronate and 2%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose can be safely applied in ICL surgery.The time required to rinse sodium hyaluronate during surgery is shorter.
