微脉冲阈值下激光光凝治疗早期中浆的临床观察

The clinical observation on photocoagulation with 577 nm micropulse subthreshold laser for the treatment of early central serous chorioretinopathy

摘要 目的:评估577 nm微脉冲阈值下激光光凝治疗早期中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:回顾性病例研究。河南省职工医院2017年10月至2019年5月就诊的早期中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变者72例(72眼),使用577 nm微脉冲阈值下激光进行渗漏点及其周围多点覆盖式光凝,随访观察12周。结果:治疗后12周,视力(BCVA,log MAR)由术前的0.560±0.181提高至0.115±0.111(t=315.419,P=0.000);黄斑中心区厚度由术前的(461.63±72.84)μm下降至(175.38±105.55)μm(t=358.802,P=0.000);视网膜下积液高度由术前的(277.60±56.09)μm下降至(28.71±17.92)μm(t=358.801,P=0.000)。术后眼底照相未发现激光瘢痕。结论:577 nm微脉冲阈值下激光光凝治疗早期中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retinal photocoagulation with 577 nm micropulse subthreshold laser in the treatment of early central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 72 eyes of 72 patients with early CSC from Oct.2017 to May 2019 in Henan General Hospital.Under the subthreshold value of 577nm micropulse,the laser was used to conduct multi-point covering photocoagulation around the leakage point.And the follow-up observation was conducted for 12 weeks.Results At 12 weeks after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA,logMAR)improved from 0.560±0.181 preoperativly to 0.115±0.111(t=315.419,P=0.000).The central macular thickness(CMT)decreased from(461.63±72.84)μm preoperativly to(175.38±105.55)μm(t=358.802,P=0.000).Subretinal fluid(SRF)decreased from(277.60±56.09)μm preoperativly to(28.71±17.92)μm(t=358.801,P=0.000).No visible laser scar was found in fundus color photography.Conclusion The efficacy of 577nm micropulse subthreshold laser photocoagulation for the treatment of early CSC is satisfactory.
