上海市造血干细胞拟注册志愿者的注册意愿及其影响因素

Registration Willingness and Its Influencing Factors of Volunteers to be Registered of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Database in Shanghai

目的:调查造血干细胞资料库拟注册志愿者的注册意愿及其影响因素,为优化招募动员工作和提高我国骨髓库容量提供参考。方法:采用立意抽样法,选取上海市造干资料库的1985名拟注册志愿者为研究对象,采用多元logistic回归分析其注册意愿的影响因素。结果:拟注册志愿者的意向注册率为95.26%;职业为企业白领、企业职工和事业单位人员的拟注册志愿者选择愿意注册的概率均高于服务业人员拟注册志愿者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);讨论过相关话题的拟注册志愿者选择愿意注册的概率高于没有此种行为的拟注册志愿者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);团体动员个人报名和个人主动报名的拟注册志愿者选择愿意注册的概率均高于团体动员团体报名的拟注册志愿者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拟注册志愿者意向注册率尚有提高空间,职业、是否讨论过相关话题和动员报名方式影响拟注册志愿者的注册意愿。管理部门应基于注册意愿影响因素,制定精细化和针对性招募策略以提高注册率。

Objective:To investigate the willingness of registered volunteers of hematopoietic stem cell database and its influencing factors,to provide reference for optimizing recruitment and improving capacity of CMDP.Methods:1985 volunteers were selected to be registered as the research object in the Shanghai hematopoietic stem cell database by intentional sampling method,to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness to register by multiple logistic regression.Results:The registration rate was 95.26%;the odds of registering in company staff,common laborer and civil servant was significantly higher than that in attendant(P<0.05);the odds of registering in participants who had talked related issues was significantly higher than that in participants who had not(P<0.05);the odds of registering in participants who were driven collectively and positively initialized the registration and who totally initialized the registration was significantly higher than that in participants who were forced to mobilize and register(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is still room for improvement in the intention registration rate of volunteers to be registered.Careers,whether they have discussed related topics and mobilization of registration methods are factors that affect the willingness of volunteers to register.The management department should formulate a refined and targeted recruitment strategy based on the influencing factors of registration intention to increase the registration rate.
