家庭视角下浙江省居民器官捐献意愿及其影响因素

Organ Donation Willingness and Its Influencing Factors of Residents in Zhejiang Province from Family Perspective

目的:探究浙江省居民的器官捐献意愿,提出提高捐献者家属乃至全社会对器官捐献的认同感,营造良好捐献氛围的对策。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,选取浙江省1886位居民进行问卷调查,并用卡方检验、logistic回归分析研究影响器官捐献的因素。结果:年龄、文化程度、扮演的主要家庭角色以及家人的态度、对家属代理同意捐献的态度均是影响浙江省居民器官捐献意愿的因素。结论:家人的态度显著影响个人器官捐献意愿,促进生前签署捐献意向有利于减少家庭阻力;青年人器官捐献意愿较强,应鼓励青年人在家庭中讨论器官捐献问题。应该完善器官捐献分配体系,落实捐献家庭的人文关怀,有利于消除家庭对器官捐献的顾虑、提升大众器官捐献意愿。

Objective:To explore the willingness of residents of Zhejiang province to donate organs and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the willingness of organ donation and create a good donation atmosphere.Methods:The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1886 residents in Zhejiang province for questionnaire survey,and chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting organ donation Results:Age,education background,main family role and the attitude towards signing of family members and the attitude of agreeing to donation by family agent were the factors that affecting the willingness of residents to donate organs in Zhejiang province.Conclusion:Family attitudes significantly affects the willingness of individuals to donate organs,and promoting pre-life signature is conducive to overcome family resistance.Young people's willingness to organ donation is high,and the family should be encouraged to discuss organ donation topics with the help of youth.Perfecting the organ donation allocation system and implementing the humane care of donor families will help to solve the family's concerns about organ donation and enhance the public's willingness to donate organs.
