蚌埠市某社区中老年人群健康信息获取现状及其影响因素

Current Status of Health Information Acquisition of Middle-aged and Elderly Population in a Community of Bengbu City and Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解蚌埠市某社区中老年人群健康信息获取现状及其影响因素,为促进其有效获取和利用健康信息提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样的方法选取蚌埠市某社区4个小区中≥45岁的273位城市中老年人进行自编问卷调查。采用卡方检验和logistic回归对中老年人群健康信息获取影响因素进行分析。结果:仅有14.3%的中老年人总是能查到所需要的健康信息。信息获取渠道主要以纸质材料(报纸、期刊)为主(76.1%),而对于网络的利用程度较低(27.1%)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,职业和年龄是直接影响中老年人群健康信息获取渠道满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论:应合理利用社区环境组织开展各种形式的健康宣传等群体性活动,提高中老年人群健康信息获取意识和能力。

Objective:To understand the current status and influencing factors of health information acquisition of middle-aged and elderly people in a community of Bengbu city,and to provide reference for promoting their effective acquisition and utilization of health information.Methods:Four districts were selected by convenient sampling.273 middle-aged and elderly people aged≥45 years old were selected to conduct self-designed questionnaire survey.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of health information acquisition in middle-aged and elderly population.Results:Only 14.3%of middle-aged and elderly people always had access to the health information they needed.Information acquisition channels were mainly paper materials(76.1%),such as newspapers and periodicals,while the use of networks was relatively low(27.1%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that occupation and age were the factors directly affecting the satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people with access to health information(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community environmental organizations should be reasonably used to carry out various forms of health publicity and other group activities to improve the awareness and ability of health information acquisition for middle-aged and elderly population.
