摘要
本文基于国际标准ISO 16750关于道路车辆电气负荷试验和主流车企使用的供货规范,针对3.5 t以下汽车电气和电子部件,对于部件的功能状态、功能等级划分及其对应工作电压范围的要求等内容进行了详细阐述;对于现行标准中关于12 V供电的系统电气安全和性能试验有技术内容增补和变更的部分,进行了详尽的研究,主要包括三项关键试验:瞬态欠压、电源电压的缓慢下降和上升、多电源电压均衡电流。
In this paper,based on ISO 16750 of electrical loads tests for road vehicles and supply specifications used by international mainstream automotive enterprises,focuses on electrical and electronic components in vehicles of less than 3.5 t,elaborates on the functional status of the components,function classes and operating voltage ranges.Furthermore,this paper provides detailed technical additions and modifications of electrical requirements and performance tests from the current standards about the 12 V electric systems,including three key tests of transient under-voltage,slow decrease and increase of the supply voltage,and equalizing currents of multiple supply voltages.
