摘要 以某型汽车整车在海南琼海和新疆吐鲁番自然暴露试验过程中外饰通风盖板发白现象为例,研究基于互信息理论的大数据相关性分析模型,确定引起通风盖板发白的主要环境因素,并推导了通风盖板光热老化等效辐照量计算模型,利用两个不同地区通风盖板试验数据确定了汽车外饰部件光热老化模型参数要求。 According to the whitening phenomenon for the ventilation panel of a certain model of vehicles,during the process of outdoor exposure tests at Qionghai Hainan and Turpan Xinjiang,the correlation analysis model based on mutual information theory was studied.By determining the main environmental factors causing the whitening phenomenon of the ventilation plate and deriving the calculation model of the equivalent radiation quantity,the parameter requirements of light-heat aging model for automobile exterior parts were determined using the test data of ventilation plate at two different places.
