摘要
本文从断口分析、化学成分、机械性能、拧紧性能等方面开展综合验证,分析了某汽车悬置螺栓断裂原因。结果表明,该螺栓为摩擦系数变化引起的过载断裂。
Based on the analysis of fracture,chemical composition,mechanical properties,tightening performance and other aspects of comprehensive verification,this paper analyzes the cause of the suspension bolt fracture of a certain automobile.The results show that the bolt is overload fracture caused by the change of friction coefficient.
