上海外国语大学网上服务大厅建设探析

高校网上办事大厅经过多年发展,已经在许多高校得到有效应用。随着高等教育改革的推进,如何更好地为师生提供高质量服务日益受到重视。目前高校许多事务已经可以通过在线的方式办理,但仍存在各种不足。建设以“一站式服务”为理念的网上办事大厅,可以在一定程度上弥补这些不足。上海外国语大学根据学校信息化建设现状,提出了网上办事大厅的建设方案,项目完成后,取得了一定的成果,但也存在着一些不足。

Online service hall has been effectively applied in many universities.With the development of higher education reform,more and more attention has been paid to how to provide better quality services for teachers and students.At present,many affairs in universities can be handled online,but there are still various deficiencies.To build an online service hall with the concept of"one-stop service"can make up for these deficiencies to a certain extent.According to the current situation of information construction of Shanghai Foreign Studies University,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of online service hall.After the completion of the project,some achievements have been achieved,but there are still some deficiencies.
