摘要
结构色纤维是一种新型绿色环保材料,然而其传统制备方法工艺复杂、成本高,无模板条件下制备难度大。为简化制备工艺,利用胶体膜在蒸发过程中出现的裂纹将二氧化硅胶体颗粒自组装成均匀的结构色纤维,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察到颗粒呈现周期性有序堆积,因此纤维显现出结构色。纤维的颜色可通过改变颗粒粒径进行调节,当粒径为170nm、220nm和280nm时,纤维分别表现出蓝色、绿色和红色。通过改变实验条件可以实现纤维的尺寸可控性,其中,通过改变颗粒浓度和蒸发温度可以调节纤维的宽度和厚度,控制液面下降高度可以制备不同长度的纤维。该方法操作简单,无需复杂的仪器,无需引入任何模板,成本低,可重现性好,可大批量制备。
Structural colored fiber is a new kind of green and environmental-friendly material. However,the traditional fabrication strategy is complicated in process and high in cost. It’s still a challenge to fabricate structural colored fiber without any templates. In this paper,the colloidal particles can self-assemble into uniform structural colored fiber by utilizing cracks that occur in the evaporation of colloidal film. The scanning electron microscope(SEM) observes that the particles show periodic and orderly packing,so the fibers show structural color. The color of the fiber can be adjusted by changing the particle size,when the particle size is 170 nm,220 nm and 280 nm,the fiber shows blue,green and red,respectively. Selfassembly of colloidal particles into structural colored fiber by controlling crack propagation,and fiber’s size can be controlled by changing the experimental conditions. Among them,the width and thickness of the fiber can be adjusted by changing the particle concentration and evaporation temperature,and the fiber length can be controlled by changing the suspension descending height. Since this method is simple to operate and doesn’t require any complex instruments and templates,we envision this method has low cost and can be prepared in large quantities.
