地方高校调剂研究生适应性和学习动机现状研究

A Study of Switched Postgraduates’ Adaptability and Learning Motivation in Local Universities

受到逐年攀升的考研人数、各地方高校发展不均衡等因素的影响,每年都有很多考生需要通过调剂来达成继续升学的愿望,第一志愿不足的地方高校也需要通过调剂来完成招生计划。以广东省S大学研究生为研究对象,采用大学生适应性量表和学习动机量表进行问卷调查,辅助访谈法对地方高校调剂研究生的适应性和学习动机进行研究,为有针对性地提高地方高校调剂研究生的适应性和激发其学习动机提供参考。研究结果表明:调剂研究生的适应性与第一志愿学生存在显著性差异,其适应性表现良好,且不同年级上差异具有统计学意义;调剂研究生的学习动机略低于第一志愿学生,但二者并无显著性差异;调剂研究生的人际适应性、职业选择适应性和生活自理适应性对其学习动机的内生动机存在显著影响。

Because of the increasing number of examinees in postgraduate entrance examination and the unbalanced development of local colleges and universities,many examinees need to switch to other schools to continue their studies,and local colleges and universities need to complete the enrollment by taking switched examinees.With the graduate students of S University in Guangdong province as the research object,this study does a questionnaire survey using university students’daptability scale and learning motivation scale,and an auxiliary interview,to study the adaptability and learning motivation of the switched graduate students in local universities,so as to provide a reference for improving the students’adaptability and stimulating their learning motivation.The results show that there are significant differences between the switched postgraduates and the first choice students in adaptability,and the differences of different grades are statistically significant;the learning motivation of the switched postgraduates is slightly lower than that of the first choice students,but the difference is not significant;the switched postgraduates’adaptability in interpersonal relation,career choice and self-care has an significant influence on their endogenous learning motivation.
