Taking the opportunity of the pilot construction of sponge cities and the special research on water in the 13 th five-year plan,through scientific investigation,research and summary,a technical guide for the operation and management of low-impact development facilities was formed.The guide describes the daily inspection and maintenance,emergency response and management,operation management evaluation,and maintenance quota of low-impact development facilities,providing technical support for the operation and maintenance of low-impact development facilities in Jiaxing.
