摘要
印染工业排放的废水通常含有较多的有机污染物,其毒性较强,危害水质环境,是目前水体净化工程遇到的问题之一。ZnO是一种重要的半导体材料,由于具有禁带宽度大,只能吸收紫外光,太阳能利用率低,限制了其进一步应用。本文分析了ZnO微纳米材料用作光催化剂存在的缺陷和不足,综述了氧化锌/碳量子点复合光催化剂的合成和应用。
Wastewater discharged by printing and dyeing industry usually contains more organic pollutants,which are highly toxic and harm the water quality environment.It is one of the problems in water purification project.ZnO is an important semiconductor material.Due to its large bandgap width,it can only absorb ultraviolet light and has low utilization rate of solar energy,which limits its further application.In this paper,the defects and shortcomings of ZnO nanomaterials as photocatalysts are analyzed,and the synthesis and application of ZnO/CQDs composite photocatalysts are reviewed.
