摘要 建立了同时测定无纺布中丙烯酸、巴豆酸和衣康酸残留量的方法。通过对无纺布试样采用水为溶剂进行超声提取、过滤膜后进行高效液相色谱分析,采用梯度洗脱分离,紫外检测器分析(波长205 nm);结果表明:三种物质在1.0~50.0 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,它们的方法检出限低达0.20 mg/kg,添加回收率在88%~96%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.8%~8.7%之间。方法具有良好的精密度,能够满足企业对产品的质量控制要求。 A method for simultaneous determination of residual amounts of acrylic acid,crotonic acid and itaconic acid in non-woven fabrics was established.The non-woven sample was extracted by ultrasonic with water as the solvent,and the filter membrane was then analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The three substances were separated efficiently by gradient elution program,and then analyzed by ultraviolet detector(VWD)with the detection wavelength of 205 nm.The results showed that the linear relationship of the three substances was good in the range of 1.0~50.0 mg/kg.The detection limit of their methods was as low as 0.20 mg/kg.The recovery is between 88%and 96%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)is between 1.8%and 8.7%.This method has good precision and can meet the quality control requirements of enterprises.
