摘要
评定了液相色谱法测定水产品中磺胺类代谢物含量的不确定度。通过建立模型,对测量过程中各不确定度分量进行分析和计算,发现该方法的测量不确定度主要来源于液相色谱仪的校准、标准曲线拟合校准和提取回收率,其他因素影响不大。实验过程中可通过优化标准系列工作溶液配置、控制提取回收率来保证检测结果的准确度。
We evaluated the uncertainty of the determination of sulfa metabolites in aquatic products by HPLC.Through the establishment of the model and the analysis and calculation of the uncertainty components in the measurement process,it is found that the measurement uncertainty of this method mainly comes from the calibration of the liquid chromatograph,the calibration of the standard curve fitting and the extraction recovery rate and other factors have little impact.During the experiment,the accuracy of the test results can be ensured by optimizing the configuration of standard series working solution and controlling the recovery rate of extraction.
