摘要
鼓风热再生吸附式干燥机是一种常见的干燥机,通常配套于压缩空气系统,用以除去压缩空气中的水分。为实现连续生产,干燥机配备了两个干燥塔,一塔再生一塔干燥,运行过程中两塔相互切换。利用波峰与波谷电单价的巨大差异,将干燥机的再生周期调整至波谷进行,可大幅降低运行电费。在能源愈发珍贵的时代,本文介绍的实例具有良好的示范作用。
The adsorption and heat regeneration type dryer with bower is a common dryer,and it is widely used in the compressed air system to remove moisture.To keep continuous production,the dryer is equipped with two towers,when one tower is drying and the other one is regenerating,and then the two towers switch to each other.Based on the big difference of power price in peaks and troughs,the regeneration period of the dryer can be adjusted to save electricity cost.In this precious energy era,the example introduced in this paper is a good demonstration.
