摘要
低温甲醇洗是目前煤化工项目普遍采用的脱硫脱碳工艺。目前使用的低温甲醇洗流程主要为全贫液流程和半贫液流程,文章以林德流程为基础,系统的介绍了氮气汽提半贫液流程与传统全贫液流程和半贫液流程的区别,对三种液流程从蒸汽、冷量、甲醇循环量、电量以及操作费用等方面进行了对比,并对对比结果进行了分析及讨论,得出氮气汽提半贫液流程是较优秀的低温甲醇洗流程。
Rectisol is a common desulfurization and decarburization process in coal-to-chemical industry.At present,there are two rectisol process:fully lean methanol and semi-lean methanol.Based on linde rectisol process,the paper introduces the differences between the rectisol process of fully lean methanol,semi-lean methanol&N2 stripping semi-lean methanol,and compared the three rectisol in the phase of steam,cooling capacity,methanol circulation,electricity,operational costs and so on,we concluded that the Rectisol of N2 stripping semi-lean methanol is better than others.
