摘要
介绍了扬子石化乙二醇装置环氧乙烷精制系统优化改造项目并对改造后精制系统的实际运行状况进行技术标定。采用新型塔内件技术,将原有两套环氧乙烷精制系统合并为一套,恢复环氧乙烷产能的同时提升了装置的本质安全。标定期间,环氧乙烷精制系统整体运行平稳,产品质量均满足国家优级品控制指标,产品能耗低于设计值,满足技术协议要求。
The optimization project of ethylene oxide refining system in Yangzi petrochemical ethylene glycol plant was introduced and the actual operation of the refined system was calibrated.By adopting the new tower interior technology,the original two sets of ethylene oxide refining systems were combined into one set,which could restore the production capacity of ethylene oxide and improve the essential safety of the unit.During the calibration period,the ethylene oxide refining system operated smoothly on the whole,and the product quality all met the national superior quality control index,and the product energy consumption was lower than the design value,meeting the technical agreement requirements.
