基于OBE理念的环境工程产教融合教学模式构建 被引量:2

摘要 在国家要求“新建地方本科院校转型发展”的新形势下,地方本科院校需充分发挥产教融合的优势,创新实践教学模式、提升人才培养质量。本文基于OBE理念,调整和优化环境工程专业人才培养方案,组建产教融合教师团队,构建以服务地方企业为导向的产教融合教学课程群,实现校内校外协同育人的环境工程类人才培养模式,为学生综合能力的培养开辟了一条非常有效的途径。 In the new situation of the transformation and development of newly-built local undergraduate colleges,local undergraduate colleges need to give full play to the advantages of the integration of industry and education,innovate practical teaching models,and improve the quality of talent training.First,the undergraduate education program for Environmental Engineering major based on outcome based education(OBE)was adjusted and optimized.Second,a teacher team including the specialized persons coming from college and enterprise was established.Third,a series of OBE-based courses of industry-education integration were built.Last,the coordinated education environment of college-enterprise cooperation for students of Environmental Engineering major was realized.A very effective way for the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability was opened.
