研究生助教在提高无机化学实验教学效果的有益探索

The Beneficial Exploration of Graduate Assistant in Improving the Teaching Effect of Inorganic Chemistry Experiment

研究生助教有助于缓解当前我国高等教育普及高校教师压力大的局面,可以培养一批有扎实教学基本功的年轻教师,提高我国本科生教学质量。无机化学实验是一门实践性很强的课程,主要目的是让大一新生反复练习各种常规操作,如称量、溶解、沉淀、过滤(常压和减压)、蒸发、浓缩等,为今后的专业课实验以及将来的研究生科研工作打下坚实基础。本文论述了研究生助教在无机化学实验教学中积极作用与影响,也对存在的问题提出了一些建议。

Graduate teaching assistants can help to alleviate the pressure of teachers in the current popularization of higher education in China.It can cultivate a group of young teachers with solid teaching basic skills and improve the teaching quality of undergraduates.Inorganic Chemistry Experiment is a practical experiment course.Its main purpose is to let freshmen repeatedly practice various conventional operations,such as weighing,dissolving,settling,filtering(atmospheric pressure and decompression),evaporation,concentration,etc.,so as to lay a solid foundation for future professional course experiments and future graduate research work.The positive role and influence of the teaching assistant in Inorganic Chemistry Experiment were discussed,and some suggestions for the existing problems were put forward.
