“互联网+”乡村产业振兴下田园综合体项目分析及发展对策——以青岛市莱西山后人家田园综合体为例

Analysis on Rural Complex Under the Rural Industry Revitalization of Internet+and Its Development Countermeasures——A Case of Shanhou Renjia Rural Complex in Laixi,Qingdao

伴随着乡村振兴战略的不断深化,田园综合体作为一种新的发展理念和创新发展模式应运而生。文章以青岛市莱西山后人家田园综合体为例,通过资料查找和实地调研,对其进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明,将田园综合体与"互联网+"模式结合,可形成可行性较高的地域性产业及文化与田园综合体融合发展的特色模式,能够进一步推动田园综合体的发展,助力乡村振兴战略的实施。本研究可为田园综合体创新发展模式探索提供理论依据和参考。

Along with the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural complex appeared as a new development concept and innovative development model.Taking Shanhou Renjia rural complex in Laixi,Qingdao as an example,this paper carried out data searching,field investigation and analysis,and concluded that combining the rural complex with the"internet+"model can form the characteristic mode of integration and development of regional industry,culture and rural complex,which can further promote the development of rural complex and promote the implementation of rural rejuvenation strategy.This research can provide theoretical basis and reference for the exploration of innovative development mode of rural complex.
