摘要
轨道交通枢纽地区和滨水区是近年来城市设计大量实践的场地类型,本文倡导将二者紧密结合,探索交通枢纽、滨水区、慢行空间的综合协同发展。"中山翠亨科学城"的城市设计实践提出建构以水营城的TOD开发模式,通过构筑距离适宜的轨道交通和水体双核心开发结构,实现TOD圈层式开发和滨水带状功能的综合协调布局,并通过立体复合慢行体系衔接站厅和亲水基面,以推动现代科学城的建设。
In recent years,rail transit hub areas and waterfront areas are places where urban design has been largely practiced.This paper advocates the development model of close integration of the two,and explores the comprehensive coordination of transportation hubs,waterfront areas and slow-traffic spaces.The urban design of"Zhongshan Cuiheng Science City"proposes to construct the TOD development model in which urban space is activated by water system and realizes the integration of TOD circle layer development and waterfront belt function by constructing a suitable distance between rail transit hubs and waterfronts which reinforces the dual-core structure.And through the three-dimensional slow-traffic system,it connects the station hall and water base,creating slow-traffic public spaces that stimulates the wise men to collide and incubate innovative ideas,so as to realize the construction of the modern science city.
