新旧抗衡:北京城市混杂区块的更新策略与实验初探

New and Old Balance:Renewal Strategies and Experiments of Beijing Urban Hybrid Pieces

北京的现代化城市建设,催生了一系列充满空间冲突和矛盾的混杂区块,于混乱表象之下,隐藏着在长时间新旧抗衡中诞生的生机活力。将这种生命力借助现代性的诠释,在混杂区块的更新中延续并放大,为激活深受国际现代主义影响的单一城市空间提供了契机。笔者阐述了将新老并置的方法应用于城市混杂区块更新的可能,并通过3个实验方案予以具体说明。

Beijing’s modern city construction has spawned a series of hybrid pieces full of spatial conflicts and contradictions.Under the chaotic appearance,the vitality born in the long-term confrontation between old and new is hidden.Continuing and enlarging this vitality in the renewal of hybrid pieces with the interpretation of modernity provides an opportunity to activate a single urban space deeply influenced by international modernism.The possibility of applying the method of juxtaposition of new and old to the renewal of urban hybrid pieces is elaborated,and it is explained in detail through three experimental schemes.
