中山市石岐河沿岸工业遗存构成特征与价值评估分析

Analysis on Composition Characteristics and Value Evaluation of Industrial Relics Along Shiqi River in Zhongshan

文章通过对中山市石岐河两岸工业遗存的现状进行初步调查和评估,在中山市发布的《岐江河城区段工业遗存普查与研究》(2017)[1]的基础上,对中山市石岐河两岸的工业遗存进行系统的分析与研究,从历史发展、遗产类型、空间分布、行业类别几个方面分析了中山市石岐河两岸工业遗存的构成与特征,强调了工业遗存再利用的迫切性,分析了工业遗存自身的现状特征及现状属地特性的相关关系,对工业遗存进行价值分类,从城市的角度对工业遗存的保护和转型提出整体思考。

This paper makes a preliminary investigation and assessment of the status quo of industrial relics along the banks of Shiqi River in Zhongshan.According to 2017 General Survey and Research of Industrial Relics in the Qijiang River City Section issued by Zhongshan,the industrial relics along the banks of Shiqi River in Zhongshan were systematically investigated and analyzed.Then from the aspects of historical development,heritage types,spatial distribution,industry categories,this paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of industrial relics on both banks of Shiqi River in Zhongshan,emphasizes the urgency of industrial relics reuse,and then discusses the relationship between the current characteristics and current attributes of the industrial relics.It makes a value classification to the industrial relics and puts forward an overall thinking on the protection and transformation of industrial relics from the perspective of the city.
