重现老人价值的农村自建住宅养老化改造策略——以陕西秦镇为例

Reconstruction Strategy of Rural Self Built Housing for the Aged——A Case of Qinzhen in Shaanxi

农村自建住宅养老化改造与老龄化背景下的乡村振兴密切相关,将老年人的价值理念融入养老住宅改造中,通过改造老年人的农村既有自建住宅,帮助老年人在居家养老的基础上重现自我价值,对促进村民与社区的良性互动和新农村建设具有重要意义。文章结合相关改造经验与秦镇养老实地调研结果,根据老年人的生活习惯和交往需求,以期探索出一种能够满足老年人身体、精神双重需求的农村自建住宅养老改造策略。

The transformation of rural self built housing for the aged is closely related to the rejuvenation of the countryside under the background of the aging.The value concept of the elderly is implemented in the transformation of the elderly housing,and in the transformation of the existing rural self built housing to help the elderly to reproduce their self-worth on the basis of home-based pension.It is of great significance to promote the benign interactive development of villages and villagers and the construction of new countryside.In this paper,the relevant transformation experience and the survey results of Qinzhen in Shaanxi are elaborated.According to the old people’s living habits and communication needs,this paper explores a rural self built housing reconstruction strategy to meet the physical and mental needs of the elderly.
