乡村小学设计过程中对建筑成本的控制方法研究

在乡村地区教育经费有限的前提下,乡村小学建设资金不足,往往存在安全、同质化等一系列问题。在如今大量建设乡村小学的背景下,为了改变现状,本文从选址与学校规模、建设成本、运行成本、维护成本等方面出发,总结了一套具有普适性的乡村小学设计过程中对建筑成本的控制方法,希望能对相关工程或研究提供参考。

Under the premise of limited investment in education in rural areas,the construction fund of rural primary schools is limited,and a series of problems such as security and homogeneity often exist.In the context of the construction of a large number of rural primary schools,in order to change the status quo,this paper summarizes a set of universal construction cost control methods in the design process of rural primary schools from the aspects of site selection and school size,construction cost,operation cost,maintenance cost,etc.,hoping to provide a reference for related projects or research.
