摘要
利用中国2011—2017年31个省份的面板数据,通过构建随机效应模型和中介效应模型,实证研究了城市化对中国区域技术创新能力的影响,并探讨了其创新机制的可能性。研究表明:城市化是促进中国区域技术创新能力提升的一个重要因素,人力资本的集聚刺激创新的产生与溢出,政府的“政策红利效应”显著;城市化通过人力资本的集聚和科教资源的集中来促进技术创新能力提升;人力资本和科教事业政策的中介效应存在且显著,表明城市化水平不仅直接影响技术创新产出,而且通过人力资本集聚和科教事业发展对区域技术创新能力产生了间接的正向影响。
In this paper,based on random effect model and intermediary effect model,using the 31 Chinese provincial panel data from 2011 to 2017,studies the influence of urbanization on China's regional technological innovation ability,and explores the innovation mechanism of possibility.The results show that urbanization is an important factor in promoting the improvement of regional technological innovation ability in China.The agglomeration of human capital stimulates the creation and spillover of innovation,and the"policy dividend effect"of the government is significant.Urbanization promotes the improvement of technological innovation ability through the agglomeration of human capital and the concentration of science and education resources.The intermediary effect of human capital and science and education policy is significant,which indicates that urbanization level not only directly affects the output of technological innovation,Moreover,the agglomeration of human capital and the development of science and education have an indirect positive effect on the regional technological innovation ability.
