摘要
针对校企合作模式选择决策问题,从学校教育教学改革、双师型专业教师培养、企业参与人才培养方案制定、学生技能提升和职业技能证书、学生管理五个方面构建评价指标体系。利用直觉梯形模糊TOPSIS对校企合作模式进行综合评价,为校方在校企合作模式决策时提供量化测评方法。
In order to make proper decision on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,an evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects,namely school education and teaching reform,double-qualified professional teacher training,enterprise participation in personnel training program formulation,students'skill upgrading and vocational skill certificate,and student management.The intuitive trapezoidal fuzzy TOPSIS is used to evaluate the school-enterprise cooperation mode comprehensively and provide a quantitative evaluation method for the school-enterprise cooperation mode decision-making.
