针刺联合走罐治疗颈肩综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Moving Cupping Therapy Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Cervical-Shoulder Syndrome

目的观察针刺联合走罐治疗颈肩综合征的疗效。方法将48例颈肩综合征患者随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(24例),治疗组采用针刺联合走罐治疗法;对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状体征、视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合走罐治疗颈肩综合征疗效优于单纯针刺疗法,并且简便易行,为治疗颈肩综合征提供了临床依据。

Objective To observe the effect of moving cupping therapy combined with acupuncture on cervical-shoulder syndrome. Methods 48 cases of patients with cervical-shoulder syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases each. Control group was treated with acupuncture,treatment group was treated with moving cupping therapy on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the therapeutic sign,the Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)of treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of moving cupping therapy on cervicalshoulder syndrome is better than that of acupuncture alone,and it is simple and easy to provide,which provides a clinical basis for the treatment of cervical-shoulder syndrome.
