腭正中囊肿经鼻经口两种手术方式的对比观察

Comparative observation of two operative methods of median palatal cyst through transnasal and palatal approach

目的探讨经鼻经口腭正中囊肿手术的对鼻腔口腔功能的影响。方法通过我们的经鼻内镜下腭正中囊肿鼻内开窗术和Steve教授的腭部进路手术病例的观察进行对比。结果经鼻内镜下腭正中囊肿鼻内开窗术在鼻内进行,手术约15分钟,Steve教授的手术要做成腭瓣,切除后要复位。结论鼻内手术简单,创伤少,不影响口腔功能,基本不影响鼻腔功能,值得临床使用。

Objective Investigate the effect of transnasal palatal median cyst surgery on nasal cavity function.Methods We compared the nasal fenestration of the median palatal cyst under transnasal endoscope with the obsverva-tion of the cases of palatal approach surgery by Professor Steve.Results Endoscopic nasal fenestration of the median palatal cyst in the nose was performed in about 15 minutes.Steve’s operation should be palatal flap,after resected,it should be reset.Conclusions Nasal surgery is simple,less trauma,does not affect oral function,basically does not affect nasal function,it is worthy of clinical use.
