过敏性鼻炎中医针灸治疗的临床疗效安全性对照研究

A comparative study on the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的对比过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者接受西医及中医针灸治疗的疗效及安全性。方法通过对过敏性鼻炎患者 100例随机分组,分别接受A组(50例):中医针灸治疗(帝后穴,中药方剂;苍乌合剂)B组(50例)鼻用抗组胺药物治疗。治疗两个疗程后患者就诊或电话随访,分别在2周、1月、3月、6月及12月根据鼻部症状及迷你型结膜炎生活质量调查问卷评分比较。以SPSS19.0软件进行统计学处理。结果 2组鼻部症状评分,临床疗效评分及生活质量问卷评分均较治疗前明显降低,生活质量较前明显提高(P值<0.05)。结论对过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者,中医针灸治疗和鼻用抗组胺药疗效对照,A组患者疗效显著,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,且副作用小,无明显不良反应,患者更容易接受,起效快、疗程短,有很好的经济效益和社会效益,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Western medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into group A(50 cases),group B(50 cases)and group A(50 cases).After two courses of treatment,the patients were followed up by visit or telephone,and the scores were compared in 2 weeks,January,March,June and December according to nose symptoms and mini conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire.with SPSS19.0 Software for statistical processing.Results The scores of na-sal symptoms,clinical efficacy and quality of life questionnaire in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the quality of life was significantly improved(P<zero point zero five).Conclusions In the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR),acupuncture and moxibustion and antihistamines were compared.Group A was a safe and effective treatment method,with little side effects and no obvious adverse reactions.It was easier for the patients to accept,with quick effect and short course of treatment.It had good economic and social benefits and was worthy of clinical promotion.
