一例误食鸡骨致食管破裂合并感染性休克患者的急救与护理

Rescue and nursing care of a case of esophageal rupture complicated with septic shock caused by ingestion of chicken bone

目的总结食管异物导致严重并发症的手术室急救护理。方法报道1例误食鸡骨致食管破裂合并感染性休克患者的手术急救配合。结果术中顺利取出异物,患者平稳度过围术期,康复出院。结论对于食管异物致食管破裂合并感染性休克的患者,针对性的手术治疗和完备的手术室护理意义重大。

Objective To summarize the emergency nursing of severe complications caused by esophageal foreign body in operating room.Methods A case of esophageal rupture complicated with septic shock caused by ingestion of chicken bone was reported.Results The foreign body was removed smoothly during the operation.The patient passed the perioperative period smoothly and recovered and was discharged from hospital.Conclusions For patients with esophageal rupture and septic shock caused by esophageal foreign bodies,targeted surgical treatment and complete operating room nursing are of great significance.
