低压高密度聚乙烯装置变电所谐波治理

摘要 某石化企业低压高密度聚乙烯装置直流传动系统采用的整流装置典型非线性负荷含有大量谐波,电流波形畸变严重,部分谐波含量超标。采用TSF智能动态滤波补偿装置,利用大功率晶闸管无触点开关分级投切滤波器组,保证触发信号与电网电压完全同步,最终保证生产正常投切,改善系统电能质量,提高电力系统的稳定性。 The rectifying device typical nonlinear load adopted by DC drive system of a HDPE plant contained a lot of harmonic wave,serious current waveform distortion,and thecontent of part of the harmonic waveout of limits.In view of the characteristics of DC drive system,it adopted TSF intelligent dynamic filter compensation devices,used high power thyristor contactless switch group classification,ensured fully synchronization between trigger signal and power grid voltage,and could track changes along with the system frequency changes,eventually made sure the normal cutting of routine operation,improved the power quality and stability of power system.
