新型冠状病毒疫情期实施心脏介入手术时导管室的感染控制策略

Infection control strategy in catheter lab during cardiac intervention surgery in epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia

在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防疫时期,COVID-19患者突发急性心肌梗死必须实施心脏介入手术时,在没有负压数字减影血管造影(DSA)介入手术间的情况下,如何对导管室进行环境感染控制,防止医源性感染扩散切断病毒传播途径,保护参与COVID-19患者心脏介入手术的医务人员,是目前需要重视和亟需解决的问题。本文结合国内外发表的相关文献和国家发布的相关通知或规范,对实施心脏介入手术时导管室如何进行术前准备、术中处置和术后处理进行综述。

During the Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19)epidemic,if patients with COVID-19 have sudden acute myocardial infarction,cardiac interventional surgery must be considered in certain instances.But in the absence of negative pressure Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA)interventional surgery rooms,challenges to control environmental infection in the catheterization room include prevention of spread of iatrogenic infection.Additionally,there is an essential need to cut off the transmission route and protect medical staff involved in the operation.This is a significant problem which needs immediate attention and urgent solution.In this timely manuscript,combined with relevant related published literature and emerging best practices strategies,description of how to carry out perioperative management strategies in the catheterization room during the implementation of cardiac intervention operation is reviewed.
