摘要
我国混凝土轨枕的研究和应用的时间超过60年,从早期的探索阶段到目前分别适用高速铁路和重载铁路的各型轨枕的研发应用,轨枕成套技术体系不断丰富完善。总结我国混凝土轨枕的研究与发展的详细历程,并分析不同阶段混凝土轨枕的结构特点及设计条件。基于我国铁路有砟轨道预应力混凝土轨枕的研究与发展总结,分析得出混凝土轨枕在当前和可见的未来仍是我国有砟轨道首选的结构形式;未来我国混凝土轨枕的设计需融入轨道结构的整体设计中并与其他相关技术的进步紧密结合;特殊的运营需求以及信息化、智能化等技术的进步将会推动我国混凝土轨枕技术不断进步。
The research and application of concrete sleepers in China have been carried out for more than 60 years.From the early exploration stage to the current development and application of various types of concrete sleepers for high-speed railways and heavy-haul railways,complete set of technical systems for sleepers have been continuously enriched and improved.This paper summarizes the detailed history of the research and development of concrete sleepers in China,and analyzes the mechanical characteristics and design conditions of concrete sleepers at different stages.Based on the research and development of China’s prestressed ballasted track concrete sleepers,it is concluded that concrete sleepers still remain the prioritized structural form of the ballasted track in China for the present and visible future.In the future,the design of concrete sleepers in China needs to be included in the overall design of the track structure and closely integrated with other related technological advances.The special operational requirements and advances in informatization and intelligence will push forward the concrete sleeper technologies.
