The Ecological Turn of Science and Technology Ethics

科技伦理的立论存在一定的理论困难,科学的“求真”、技术的“求力”同伦理规范之间的张力无法真正弥合,这构成了科技伦理生态转向的理论根源。科技伦理的生态转向包含四个维度的研究内容,分别是:科技工作者职业伦理与道德规范的生态转向、对科技建制进行社会规范的生态转向、科技事实与价值世界关系的生态转向以及反思与认识科技负面效应的生态转向。科技伦理的生态转向是人类未来发展目标的生态转向,有着狭义与广义两个层面,又是方法论的、思维方式的生态转向。

For a long time,there have been theoretical difficulties in the theory of science and technology ethics,and the tension between science"seeking truth",technology"seeking power"and ethical norms cannot be truly bridged,which constitutes the theoretical root of the ecological turn of science and technology ethics.The ecological turn of science and technology ethics mainly includes four dimensions:the ecological turn of professional ethics and moral norms of science and technology workers,the ecological turn of social norms for the construction of science and technology,the ecological turn of the relationship between science and technology facts and the value world,and the ecological turn of reflecting and recognizing the negative effects of science and technology.The ecological turn of science and technology ethics is the ecological turn of the future development goal of human beings.It has two levels:narrow sense and broad sense.It is also the ecological turn of methodology and thinking mode.To grasp the ecological turn of science and technology ethics is conducive to the healthy development of human civilization as a whole.
