摘要
针对FDM 3D打印悬空部位的缺陷,从原理上分析了缺陷产生的原因,分别对模型不同角度和尺寸的悬空部位进行了打印对比分析,确定了易产生打印缺陷的模型悬空部位倾斜角度和尺寸,并在此基础上给出了模型优化的方法。
Aiming at the defects of the FDM 3D printing suspension,the causes of the defects are analyzed in principle,and the printing contrast analysis of the suspension parts with different angles and sizes of the model is carried out respectively,and the tilt angle and size of the model suspension parts which are easy to produce the printing defects are determined,and the method of model optimization is given on this basis.
